The committee have given great thought to problems arising from the coronavirus
It is clear that we have several members in the more vulnerable group and many in the over 70 category
The government guidance given today clearly suggests that we should all avoid Non essential Social Contact
With this in mind we have taken the decision to SUSPEND ALL Highwoods CBC Club activities with immediate effect & initially until the end of May, with a further review just before that time to see if it is feasible to re-commence our Thursday evenings again on THURSDAY 4th June 2020
We hope that you will all understand the decison taken and agree that this is the only sensible way forward at this extremely difficult time
We will all try to keep in touch but the most important thing is stay positive in the belief that this can soon be put behind us
